Consultant:
Kate McCarthy
Hi, I'm Kate Lee-McCarthy, and am very happy and proud to support the organizational development of Sweet Sadie's Difference Makers. I come from corporate and non-profit organizations heavily focused on education, holding roles and responsibilities that run the gamut from “accountant” to “global environmental and sustainability director” with FTEs of 12 people up to 40,000. I have a dual undergraduate business degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston University and a master's in Corporate Sustainability Management from Harvard University and am (today) three courses from completing an MBA in Accounting at Fitchburg State University (my first fully online program). I’ve also been certified in several areas, from LEED Green Building Design to Salesforce Administration, and am an occasional teaching fellow at Harvard in the corporate sustainability landscape. Finally, I’m the proud and exhausted mom to three; my twin boys, Ansel and Winslow, and my daughter Ilia. My husband and I live in Swampscott, MA, and have dogs, chickens, and Fiona, a cockatoo who loves to scream when I take Zoom calls.
